Praise the Lord: I want to encourage you today to continue to fight the good fight of faith. No matter how the storm(s) rage around you, continue to stand on the Word of the Lord. He is faithful that promises, and He is no respecters of person - meaning if He did for one He can and will do it for you. We have really got to get on the good foot here. If we don't, we will be defeated when we're suppose to be victorious. For far to long, we have been saying things that are contrary to what the Word of God says. Yes it might "look like" it's going on, but that's not what the Word of God says. We can call those things to be not as though they are. My daughter is only 4 months old, and I pray that she is an obedient and respectful child. I have learn to confess things that I want to be in my life. To See His Face

You know, this life can deal us an affair hand. It can seem so unfair even to us that believe. As some of you know we recently moved from Virginia to Georgia. I loved Virginia, and I didn’t want to move. This move seems to be nothing but problems. I registered the kids for school, and Dorrien has had a hard time adjusting. No matter what we do, it’s seems like we can’t get ahead. I had to take Dorrien to the emergency room, and I recently found out that I have an iron deficiency – low iron count. Sometimes I just don’t understand why things happen to me. I do understand that time and chance happen to us all; that’s what the Word of God tells us – He has forewarned us. But what I don’t understand is why it’s back to back to back. It’s like I can’t catch my breath from one battle to the next. No Surprising God

Well if you haven’t heard yet, my husband and I are expecting another bundle of joy due September 25th of this year. I'm thinking it's a boy because I have been so sick just like with Dorrien. Most of you know that I said Dorrien was it – No more babies, and I meant it! I guess God had a different plan/idea about that for us. When I found out, I wasn’t mad or “over-joyed”, but God has placed a desire and an excitement on the inside of me for the baby. Yeah, it would seem that this has interrupted some plans of mine and my husband, but here we are. I will say that I did not want to be pregnant; it’s just the truth. But I keep reminding myself that there is nothing that will happen in my life that God doesn’t already know will happen. He knows everything about me; He even knows the number of hairs on my head (Matt 10:32). He is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Praise the Lord! We as children of God, as the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus have the ultimate weapon – The Word of God! It is so important that we study the Word of God in these last days. The enemy is roaming around seeking those he can devour. He desires to get your eyes off the prize which we will receive when Jesus comes back for His own. Now is not the time to fall to the wayside or let the cares of this world cause us to give up, cave in and quit! It’s time to pick up the Sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God and began to wield that sword skillfully in the name of Jesus, and that ‘ol slew-footed devil will cease in his maneuvers and stop in his operations against us. Just a Reminder.........

Good Morning and Praise the Lord! As you have seen from the "Breaking News" all this week of the Boston Marathon bombing, the ricin letters sent to Senator Wicker and President Obama to the explosion in West, Texas, there has been alot of lost of lives, changed lives and the potential of fear. There have been wars and rumor of wars - North Korea, Iran and Israel, the Muslism uprising, international and domestic terrorism, but do not let fear come in, do not let your heart be troubled; these things must happen, but it is only the beginning (Matthew 24:4-8). We have already been warned of these times, and we know the meaning of them. Things are getting in place for the return of our Lord Jesus. I want to remind you this morning to continue to pray, continue to walk according to the Word of God. Please continue to evaluate your life to make sure it lines up with the Word of God.
