Are You Growing/Maturing in Christ Jesus?

I will bless the Lord at all times. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. I am so blessed to be a child of God, a daughter of the Most High. Jesus is definitely the reason for the season, and we as Christians should strive to be just like Him. He is the ultimate role model. As I look back on this year, I had some highs and some lows, good times and bad. But with all the trials and tribulations I had to go through, I came out victorious. Looking back I can see some growth personally and spiritually, and this should be happening with us all; we should be able to see some growth even if it is very little. We should all be improving in some area(s). YOU Pray Too!

Do you understand how important it is for you to pray for your thing? In other words, you should pray for that which you want God to do for you. Now, there is absolutely nothing wrong with getting others to pray in agreement with you, but you have to pray too. Some many times people want you to pray for their thing, pull their need in for them, and they do not even pray themselves. The Word of God tells us in Matthew 9:29 – according to your faith, let it be done unto you. Jesus was telling this to the blind men, but it is the same for us as well. All things are possible to those who believe. It’s according to YOUR faith, belief that when you pray the Word of God will come to pass, not the pastor’s, not the evangelist, not momma and daddy’s faith – YOUR FAITH! If you can believe that when you pray God’s Word and receive it, it will come to pass – it be done unto you. Yes, you can ask the pastor, the evangelist, momma, and daddy to add their faith to yours. Arrival of Gianni w/God's Grace

Well, the newest and very last addtion to the LPC's (Loud Pirozzi Clan) arrived on September 9, 2011. I went into the hospital around 6:00 AM and had Gianni at 10:52 AM - WOW! Praise God. I had an awesome birth experience which made up for the last one. Everything went just as I hoped it would; as a matter of fact, Gianni was trying to come on his own. Dr. Russell did an AWESOME job in delivery & the nurses in delivery were kind, compassionate & fun. It really was a wonderful experience. But during this pregnancy, I dealt with alittle depression (I don't know where they was coming from). Even on my worst days, I don't let thing "keep" me down; it might come, but it never stayed like this. I wasn't reading or praying as I should, and I had a really bad attitude (pregnant horomones included). None of my other pregnancies did I feel this way. I mean, I know what's at stake here. Good Morning: Last night I had this song in spirit. First I began to hum it; before long I was singing the words out of mouth. As I began to sing this song out loud, I began to feel some of the heaviness that had been on me melt away. The song goes like this: Spirit of the Living God, We affirm your presence here. Spirit of the Living God, We affirm your power here. To Heal us, and to deliver us To Fill us, and to change us Spirit of God I made the song personal to me; instead of "we", I put "I" - replace "us" with "me". The Spirit of God is all around us whether we fell Him or not - He is there. The Spirit of the Living God does have the power to heal us of any and ALL sickness, diseases, irritations or discomforts. He has the power to deliver us from any problem or situation we will ever face. He has the power to fill us with that power, and with peace, joy and happiness God wants for all of us. Casting Down Imagination/Bad/Negative Thoughts

Now I know I'm the only one in the world that does this - get carried away with thoughts. Thank God I've learn to cast those negative thoughts down, and that I have authority to call those things to be not as though there were. I no longer get carried away with my thoughts. I immediately cast down imaginations, and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, and bring into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). I think on whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things (Philipians 4:8). I have the mind of Christ Jesus. I clothe myself with the Lord Jesus Christ, and do not think about how to gratify the desires of the flesh (Romans 13:14). This is my confession. You Better Know How to Pray!

I can’t say enough how thankful I am to have Jesus as my Lord and Savior. There is so much going on in the world, and our individual lives. I can truly say that when trials and tribulations come, and I begin to feel the pressure around me, I know can pray and have peace concerning whatever may be going on. We’ve already been warned in the Word of God that trials and tribulation would come (John 16:33). So there is should be no surprises that hard time will come. This is why it is so important to know the Word of God so we can pray the Word. God hastens to perform His Word. I am so glad my mom took us to church and prayer services. I learned to develop my prayer life, my faith and my confident trust in God. Now this did not happen overnight - in fact it took years; maybe I was slow. I’m not saying that I don’t see or feel the things that are going on around me. I continue to remind myself that God is in control, that God’s Word works when I work it, that I am the righteousnes...

True Prosperity

A lot of people think that “true prosperity” is having all the money, the fancy house, nice car, spouse, the child(ren) and successful career. All of these things are good and desirable things; I want them too. Psalms 84:11 says that no good thing will He withhold from those who walk upright before Him. God wants His Sons and Daughters to prosper. He doesn’t want us to be poor like some people believe. God even gives us the desires of hearts. Who desires to be poor? No one! There will never be a time that you ask God for something, that is expensive or nice, that He will ask you to ask for something lesser. We are the King’s kids. Remember that God knows us through-n-through. I do not believe that He will give us anything that will turn us into an undesirable son or daughter. No Surprising God

Well if you haven’t heard yet, my husband and I are expecting another bundle of joy due September 25th of this year. I'm thinking it's a boy because I have been so sick just like with Dorrien. Most of you know that I said Dorrien was it – No more babies, and I meant it! I guess God had a different plan/idea about that for us. When I found out, I wasn’t mad or “over-joyed”, but God has placed a desire and an excitement on the inside of me for the baby. Yeah, it would seem that this has interrupted some plans of mine and my husband, but here we are. I will say that I did not want to be pregnant; it’s just the truth. But I keep reminding myself that there is nothing that will happen in my life that God doesn’t already know will happen. He knows everything about me; He even knows the number of hairs on my head (Matt 10:32). He is Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. Run to God!

When I was growing up, I remembered that if anyone ever messed with me, they were messing with my big sister too. She might whip upon me, but no one else could. All I had to do is tell her somebody was messing with me, and that person was dealt with; no more problems with that particular person. This is how I sometimes dealt with my early childhood problems – tell big sister or brother; or better yet, tell momma. Now that I am an adult, maturing in Christ every day, increasing from glory to glory, I know that I can run to King Jesus. I know and understand that it’s not necessarily the person who has come up against me, but the principalities, powers, rulers of darkness in high places, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). Priorities

This New Year we have made New Year’s resolutions/commitments, but I want to give you something to think about. So many times when we make these new commitments, we have them “out of order”. This is not to say that things we commit to do aren’t good things, but that there are more important things to consider in this time we are living. Here is how I believe we should prioritize: 1. God/Kingdom of God 2. If Married, your spouse 3. If child(ren), then the kids 4. Careers/Professions 5. Whatever other hobbies or commitments Always put Jesus, God the Son - made flesh, first! He is the only way we can be reconciled unto the Father. He is the only way to Heaven. In Him we find everything we need – life, joy/happiness, peace, health, and richness in every area of life – unconditional love. He knows what we were and what we were doing even before we asked Him into our hearts, yet He still loved us anyway. Cultivating our relationship with Jesus should be our number one priority. ...
