Strong Family Ties!

Hello All:

I know that we are all keeping our eyes on the Lord, for this is where our help comes from. He supplies all of our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. He is our only source. I know that we are all experiencing the "pinch" at the pumps and increasing grocery cost, but we must all keep our faith/hope in the Lord. We must also use this time to grow closer together with our family.

If we allow it, these stuff economic times can put a strain on our bank accounts as well as our family (marriage relationship). Not only should we be thanking God that He supplies all our needs, but we should do our part in being smart about our spending during these times. Now is not the time to do "unnecessary shopping/unplanned shopping". We can't go out and spend money unnecessarily and expect God to magically fill our bank accounts. We have to be smart in our spending of money. We should sit down and make a list of things that are needed for the house, personal items and/or things for kids activities - and stick with the list. Husbands and wives should take this opportunity to do this together. Not only does in keep a control on the spending, but it will also keep the lines of communication open. Have you ever been where after you've asked each other "How was day?" that there's nothing else to talk about? This should not be in our marriages. We as Christians should have the best marriages, but in some cases we don't. Most cases you have two people in a marriage that are just doing their own thing and are not interacting with their spouse the way that they should. Quality time is just a "good idea" in some marriages. And with the increase in the price of just about everything (money issues), can paralyze an already crippled relationship. We should take this opportunity to sit down together and talk about how and what the money will be spent on. Set a time to go together as a family to purchase the things you've made on your list. Just in doing this, you've spent quality time together, you've talked with each other, and you're not just doing something for you - you've taken the time to do something that will benefit the entire family.

Everyday, not just sometimes, you should take the time to say something nice to the other. It doesn't matter if it's about a piece of clothing or about something they've done around the house, but you must say something nice to each other everyday. Even if you have to set an alarm in your cell phone everyday as a reminder, then do it. Eventually, you will remember to do it, and then in remembering to do it; you just begin to do it everyday. Marriage is work! And both parties have to "work" at it for it to work! Try to hold your tongue; the bad things you want to say but don't really mean. Encourage and build each other up with kind words and good deeds. Go out of your way to make your husband or wife feel special everyday. You could cook a favorite dish; or husbands, you go wash the car or have it washed. Either way, no matter what you do, you've done something to let the other know you were thinking about them. It will go along way in your relationship. Make sure you know how to recognise when your spouse does something, and thank them. So many times we take for granted what our spouse does for us. It can make them feel unappreciated, and look for appreciation elsewhere, and we don't want that. You'll have a better relationship for having done so. Remember to love each other and speak kind words of love everyday.

Choose Life So You May Live

Today is my birth day (birthday). I am thirty-two (32) years old today. I am very thankful to have the life that I have. It is a very blessed life. God has given me the authority to speak blessing in, over and around my life. God is so good. He has equipped you and I to live this life that we have been given. Life is precious, and God wants and has given us the tool to succeed in this life. Is my life perfect, absolutely not; but my life is good. I have a good husband who loves me very much and would do just about anything for me. I have a beautiful daughter and hopefully a handsome son will follow. I am surrounded by loving family and friends. I have a Lord over my life that has provided everything I’ll ever need, and sent His son, Jesus, to die for me so that I may live a happy, healthy and prosperous life in Him.

He has given us His Word to stand on and to speak in, over and around our lives. We have to make the choice to choose life and not death. We have to choose to speak blessing and not cursing in, over around our lives, our spouse life and child(ren) life(vies). Today life and death are set before us; the Word of God tells us what to choose; we are to choose life so that we may live. God knows the thoughts and plans He has towards us; they are thoughts of good and not of evil to give us a hope, a future, an expected end. No matter what awful thing is going on in your life, God is still on the throne. If He is Lord over your life, then things will get better. Roll the care of the situation, the care of that person over on the Lord for He cares for you, and desires to see you happy. He will lead, guide and direct you in what it is you need to do concerning the matter or person that is generating the "care/anxiety/trouble/worry". If you haven't been speaking God's Word over your situation, then start speaking life to your situation. Start saying what the Word of God says concerning the matter. If you don't know what to speak, well this is a fine opportunity for you to get in the Word. Search out the scriptures; talk to God. Talking to God is good because sometimes you can't say what you need to say to the "other person" without causing an argument - take your matter to God. I am still learning to take my matters to God when dealing with my husband on certain issues (still learning this; this mouth use to get the better of me). I am speaking my faith when I say this; I'll continue to speak faith concerning taking things to God and not to my husband until I've get it! This is speaking life to your situation - continue, without wavering, to speak what God says. God says I've got it - I always take the matter to God when it's a touchy issue with my husband. God directs me in how to approach the situation. He will do this for us because He cares for us. He wants His kids to have the best life. After all, the King's Kids should have the best life - and we will. He has given us authority to take control of our situations by speaking His Word. So begin to say what God says and have a wonderful life! CHOOSE LIFE TODAY!!!

Tell Somebody!

Good Morning and Praise be unto our Lord who along is worthy to be praised! The Lord is good all the time. I am so thankful this morning that I know His voice and voice of a stranger I'll not follow. Do you truly know and understand how good God is? Let this be what you think on today!

I can not stress to you how important it is that we begin to get our lives in order for the Lord Jesus' return. I want to explain to you that it's not enough that you've said the sinner's prayer. Yes, it's part of it, but it's not the only thing that you'll need to do. Some will say the sinner's prayer and think that they are set to make it into heaven. Or they might attend church everytime the doors are open, and thing this will get them into heaven. But it's not enough. You can not say the sinner's prayer and live anyway you want to, no that will not work! You have to make the choice each day when you wake up to live for Him, to serve Him. Don't put off what you can do today tomorrow; this is the Word of God. Don't put off your getting right with the Lord today tomorrow. Tomorrow is not promised to any one of us. We could pass on or the Lord could very well return. Look at the signs of the time; take the time to look at the things that are going on all around us in this world. And each day that passes is a day closer to His return. But He will not return until everyone in the world has had an opportunity to make Him Lord of their life. It's only fair! Everyone will have an opportunity to hear the "Good News" and will have the choice to make Him Lord over all their life. Begin to tell somebody about the Lord. You go out into your Samaria and Judea (your neighbor/community/city/town) and preach the gospel. Continue or begin to tell those loved ones that are going down the wrong path. Notify, inform somebody about the Lord. Someone told you........ Some people will only see the Jesus that's in you; share that with others. Let them know that it is good the serve the Lord. Don't be ashamed of Jesus, and He'll not be ashamed of you. Don't allow any one's blood to be on your hands. Tell them while there's still time to find the Lord. Don't let your opportunity to share Jesus with somebody pass you by. Be bold and tell somebody!!!!!!

God's People are Destroyed Because of Lack of Knowledge

Good Morning:

I will be brief. I am not sure if you are familiar with the Jack Van Impe Ministries, but he has a new video (Global ID: 666). that you might find extremely interesting. It's concerning the government trying to have our state driver's license imprinted with a chip so that we can be tracked wherever we go. If you know anything thing about the end time, then you know what this means. The gov't put the finishing touches on the regulation for the "Real ID" at the beginning of this year. If this doesn't light a fire underneath you to get about the things of God then I don't know what will. As I've said before, God and devil are real; so are heaven and hell. You choose this day whom you will serve and where you will serve eternity. Be blessed and well informed. Pass it on!

It is very important that you get in the Word of God for yourself; and when there are tapes/CDs, books and magazines, the Internet, then use those tools to educate yourself about the things of God. there's no way we can say that we didn't have the opportunity or the means to know about the things of God. You can read the Bible on the Internet. Jesus is coming back, and He's coming back for those who belong to Him. It's time to get serious about the things of God. Before you know it, the time of Jesus' return will be upon us. Don't be amongst those that will be left behind. So prepare now. Make sure your lamp is full of oil; don't be lacking when He returns.

God is Speaking - July 20, 2006

I am so glad to be back (this is my faith speaking..............LOL). The Living Word is so right. God is always speaking, but are we always listening...................... I pray I am always tuned into what God is saying (this is my faith speaking); I am calling those things to be not as though they are. There's a scripture in the Bible that states 'My sheep know my voice, and a voice of a stranger they'll not follow'. We can confess our faith that we know His voice and any other voice we'll not follow. There's the voice of God, the voice of self, voice of fear, and voice of demons. One way I know that it is God speaking to me is that it lines up with His Word. There's was a lady in this area a while back that stated that God told her to kill her grandchildren. Now, do you believe this was the voice of God???? No! His Word says 'Thou shalt not kill'. This does not line up with His Word, so this woman should have known, if she's a true child of God, that this was not God speaking to her. If a voice is telling you to be rude, ugly, to do harm to someone, it's not God. Alot of times we are not listening to the Voice of the Lord (ouch hallelujah!). I am speaking to myself first. But with the confession that I know my Father's voice, and a voice of a stranger I'll not follow will help me to remember to first evaluate the voice (or thought), and figure out who is generating that voice/thought. Is it me; is it God or is it some other outside force.

Our Heavenly Home

Hello:

Jesus is still on the throne. He is seated at the right hand of the Father ever making intercession for us. Jesus is for us; and if He is for us, there is nothing and no one who can successfully be against us. I am so glad that I belong to Him, aren't you. Bless it be the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

John 14:3 says that when everything is ready, our Lord will come get us so that we may be with Him wherever He is. How do we prepare to be ready when He comes to get us? We must confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord over our lives, and believe in our hearts that He died on the cross for our sins, and that He arose on that third day. This the beginning. We just celebrated the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus. We must also not forsake the assembling of ourselves as we see the day of the Lord approaching. Everyday that goes by is a day closer to the Lord's return. We must not forsake the assembling, going to church, as this is what the Word of God commands, and this helps us to increase in our faith and maturity level in Christ. When Jesus returns, He will look to see if He finds faith. My sister was saying this morning in church that this world is not our home; we have a heavenly home. She's right! This isn't our home; we have a heavenly home with our Father God. We should not be pursuing the things of this world, but we should seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto to us. It's not that God doesn't want us to enjoy things of the earth; He has given everything in the earth to us anyway. He is a good Father that gives good gifts unto His children.

Believe it or not, there is a heaven and a hell. There is a God and a satan. Choose you this day whom you will serve. Jesus is coming back for those who belong to Him. I would rather serve God, even if I wasn't sure. Some say 'There is no God' - but what if there is? What if all of this is really true? Would you take the chance of being left behind? I know that there is heaven and a hell; a God and a devil. I know this. I have made up my mind to serve the Lord. I have a better quality of life than when I was in the world. This is enough for me. But I also know that Jesus died for me. He bore sickness and disease for me; He went to hell for me. He did all of these things for me. The least I can do is to serve Him, to love Him. There's a better quality of life for us who serve Him. I urge you this day to get your life right with God. I'll keep saying this until I'm raptured up to be with Him. I'll keep reminding you that Jesus is coming, and He's coming soon. I wish not for you to be reading this after He has come and gone, and say to yourself 'Why didn't I listen; Why didn't I take the time to prepare myself to go my Heavenly Home'. There will be some in the church who will be saying those very things because they chose to "play church". They did not get serious about the things of God. It's sad to say that they to will be left behind. Please do not delay in this matter! It is imperative that you get it right and get it right right now! Jesus is coming...........................He's coming soon. Are you on your way to your heavenly home?

Thus Said The Lord!

I love each and every one of you. Be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Continue to fight the good fight of faith. Remember in all you do acknowledge Him, and he will direct your path. We are the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus who lives us. We are more than conquerors in Him who loves us. We win! Don't let anyone or your circumstances tell you that God isn't real. He's the reason we are still standing; He'd the reason we're still here. Some say or our circumstances would seem to suggest that we give up and die. Today has been set before us life and death; we have chosen life that we might live in Him. We have made the chose to say what He says concerning our situation. He says that His mercies are new every morning and His grace is sufficient for us; He says that He will supply all of our needs according to His riches in glory through Christ Jesus; He says that whatever we set our hands to prosper; He says that we are the healed; He says that we have been made rich in Him; He says that we can have the desires of our hearts; He says that if we can believe, then all things are possible to him that believe; He says that we can speak to mountains in our lives (debt, sickness, whatever) and it shall be remove; He says that no weapon formed against us shall prosper; He says that greater is He that is in us than he that is in this world; He says that because He is for us that no one and nothing can successfully be against us; He says that whatever we bind on earth is bound in heaven, whatever we loose on earth is loose in heaven; He says that we are victorious; therefore we win!
