No Surprising God

Well if you haven’t heard yet, my husband and I are expecting another bundle of joy due September 25th of this year. I'm thinking it's a boy because I have been so sick just like with Dorrien. Most of you know that I said Dorrien was it – No more babies, and I meant it! I guess God had a different plan/idea about that for us. Our Position in the Cross of Christ

***Forgive the repetition. Romans 6:3–4 is speaking about our position in the Cross of Christ. It tells us that we were baptized into Jesus’ death. Since we were baptized into His death, we were also baptized into His burial and into His resurrection, to walk in newness of life. We died in Christ. We were buried with Him. Our old man stayed in the ground, and we were resurrected into newness of life as a new creation. Old things passed away, and all things have become new. This is our position in the Cross of Christ. This is why we must have Faith in the Cross of Christ. When I speak of the Cross of Christ, or His Finished Work, I am speaking of Jesus’ death, His burial, and His resurrection. Calling Things to be Not as Though They Are

Praise the Lord: I want to encourage you today to continue to fight the good fight of faith. No matter how the storm(s) rage around you, continue to stand on the Word of the Lord. He is faithful that promises, and He is no respecters of person - meaning if He did for one He can and will do it for you. We have really got to get on the good foot here. If we don't, we will be defeated when we're suppose to be victorious. For far to long, we have been saying things that are contrary to what the Word of God says. Yes it might "look like" it's going on, but that's not what the Word of God says. We can call those things to be not as though they are. My daughter is only 4 months old, and I pray that she is an obedient and respectful child. I have learn to confess things that I want to be in my life. Before the fall of Lucifer, he was perfect, beautiful, and full of wisdom. There was no other angel or creature wiser than he. And please understand — he still has that wisdom, but it is perverted, and NONE of us mere mortals can outsmart him. We, within ourselves, are easily manipulated and persuaded by him — blown to and fro by the winds of change, doctrines, ideas, and opinions. With this wisdom, though perverted, he has corrupted our world and the lives of untold billions of people who are and will be eternally lost. In his wisdom of manipulation and persuasion, he is artfully cunning and dishonest. We don’t even realize it — we’re deceived. This deception evades even some who say they name the Name of the Lord. Are You Growing/Maturing in Christ Jesus?

I will bless the Lord at all times. I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth. I am so blessed to be a child of God, a daughter of the Most High. Jesus is definitely the reason for the season, and we as Christians should strive to be just like Him. He is the ultimate role model. As I look back on this year, I had some highs and some lows, good times and bad. But with all the trials and tribulations I had to go through, I came out victorious. Looking back I can see some growth personally and spiritually, and this should be happening with us all; we should be able to see some growth even if it is very little. We should all be improving in some area(s).
